Custom Orders made with the measurements provided by the customer are not able to be returned. Please ensure that all measurements provided are CORRECT. Please do not base your sizing off previous wig companies sizing charts please

take your measurements according to our chart.

CUSTOM WIGS

There is a 7-21 Business Day Turnaround Timeframe and a 1-3 Shipping Timeframe. If it has not exceeded 21 business days for your custom wig order please reframe from email regarding an update. Once your order has been complete it will ship out within the 7-21 Business Day (Monday-Friday) Timeframe.

 

HAIR EXTENSIONS

Hair extensions ship within 7-14 business days. Once order has shipped you will receive it within 1-3 business days.
